About Rebecca

With more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have had the opportunity to experience nearly every side of the business—from sales and management to recruiting, training, leadership, and brokerage growth.

I began my career with RE/MAX in 1997 after working with both independent brokerages and a large national franchise. In 2006, after managing a RE/MAX office while also actively listing and selling real estate, I relocated to Southwest Florida. Having already experienced the strength of the RE/MAX brand, I knew I wanted to continue my career with RE/MAX.

For nearly 20 years, I had the privilege of managing, growing, and expanding RE/MAX Anchor Realty and RE/MAX Affinity Plus throughout Southwest Florida. In 2007, I was honored to be named RE/MAX Florida Region Manager of the Year.

In 2025, RE/MAX Anchor Realty and RE/MAX Affinity Plus merged with RE/MAX Alliance Group, the #1 RE/MAX in Florida, with 15 offices serving communities throughout Florida's Gulf Coast.

Today, my focus remains where it has always been: supporting agents, developing strong businesses, creating opportunities, and building a culture where REALTORS® can thrive.

After more than three decades in this industry, I am incredibly proud of the career I have built, the relationships I have made, and the agents I have had the privilege to support. I look forward to many more years of serving, mentoring, and working alongside some of the best real estate professionals in the industry.
